When you pre-notify, an authorisation number is created, which makes it possible for your claim to be paid from the Health Platform Benefit. If you do not pre-notify for preventative dental care, pap smears, HPV screening tests, general physical examinations and HIV tests, your claim will not be paid from the Health Platform Benefit, but from Savings or Momentum HealthSaver+, if available.
