Monthly Income Range: R0 - R1,500

1. Hospital 
   • Connect Network: The contribution for this network is R985 for both the Principal and Adult members, while the Child's contribution is R275.
   • Ingwe Network: For those choosing the Ingwe Network, the contributions are R589 for both Principal and Adult, with the Child's contribution set at R531.
   • Any: If opting for any hospital coverage, the contributions are R589 across the board for Principal, Adult, and Child.
2. Chronic 
   • State: The contributions for chronic care under the State option are R985 for both Principal and Adult, with R275 for the Child.
   • Ingwe Primary Care Network: Members of this network will pay R589 for Principal and Adult, while the Child's contribution is R531.
   • Ingwe Active Network: The contributions for this network are also R589 for Principal, Adult, and Child.
3. Day-to-day
