You do not have to pay money into your HealthSaver - it could simply be the account where you receive your HealthReturns. If you would like to make provision for additional day-to-day healthcare expenses by contributing monthly to your HealthSaver account, you get to choose how much, and can easily change that amount in the Momentum App.
